Job summary
Joining our busy OD Team as the Trust OD Manager for Wellbeing, this role has come at a pivotal time to support our GMMH family to feel happy, healthy and supported to be at their best in their roles.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be responsible for the strategic implementation of Wellbeing interventions; managing and coordinating the Trust's approach to support improved workforce measures directly correlating to wellbeing and engagement.
The post holder will design, develop, coordinate and report on wellbeing initiatives and their impact across the Trust - supporting the execution of our Improvement Plan, the Greater Manchester Wellbeing Toolkit and the NHS Wellbeing Framework.
The post holder will work in partnership with the OD Lead, senior leaders and HR Managers to work with local services, Care Groups and Directorates to provide a wellbeing consultancy service focusing on meeting the current and future wellbeing priorities of the Trust.
The post holder will also be required to support relevant subject matter experts regarding wider wellbeing delivery where needed.

- Degree level qualification in relevant subject (or equivalent level experience)
- Experience of managing and leading staff
- Experience of introducing and leading strategic well-being frameworks
- Experience of leading and delivering well-being initiatives

- Experience of developing OD strategies, plans, papers, policies and procedures
