An exciting opportunity has arisen a professionally qualified, enthusiastic, creative and confident operational managers to join Central Manchester CMHT and EI services.
A key part of your role is the senior operational support you will provide to the teams in their day to day function. This will be through direct communication and the delivery of quality improvement projects.
The successful candidate will work proactively and collaboratively at a senior level with a range of internal and external stakeholders. This includes the development of our existing integration with neighbourhood services and partners and support of the wider community services transformation programme.
You will be supported in your own development through a robust induction process and access to range of experiences that will support your own personal developments.
Main duties of the job
You will be responsible for providing accessible senior operational oversight and direct input into the day to day operational delivery of CMHT and EI services in the Central Manchester locality
You will provide line management supervision, applying knowledge of relevant Trust policies and procedures.
You will oversee clinical governance processes, including the investigation of and learning from incidents as well as overseeing the timely response to complaints and concerns.
You will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators and leading on developing service improvements in response to variation.
You will ensureservice compliance in relation to statutory obligations and supporting staff development in relation to training needs identified through the appraisal process.
You will communicate and work in collaboration with divisional Senior Leadership team, LCO, Local Authority, and VCSE.
