An exciting opportunity has arisen for a person-centred, passionate, HR professional to join our HR Advisory Team in the role of HR Advisor on a permanent basis. Inline with our flexible approach to employment, we are able to offer this part time role .

Main duties of the job

This role provides a fantastic opportunity to support our services to deliver a high standard of care to our service users. You will provide professional advice and support to managers on a wide range of employment matters including employee relations issues; organisational change, terms and conditions of employment; management of attendance; performance management; equality and diversity; employment legislation; Human Resources Policies, and good people management practice. You will act as the first point of contact for staff for HR advice and guidance as detailed above, ensuring consistent application of Trust policies and procedures and adherence to employment law.

Ideally, you will already hold or be working towards your CIPD level 5 qualification (or an equivalent). Experience within the NHS would be an advantage although this is not essential.
