Job summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Community Mental Health Team within the Dementia and Frailty service area. This is a fantastic opportunity to provide clinical leadership across the Dementia and Frailty Community Mental Health Teams, delivering high-quality care, and contribute to service development in a forward-thinking service.
Main duties of the job
- Professional lead the OT service across Dementia and Frailty Community Mental Health pathways.
- Deliver specialist OT assessments and interventions for individuals with complex needs.
- Provide professional leadership, supervision, and appraisal for OT staff.
- Contribute to service planning, development, and evaluation.
- Facilitate student placements and support professional development.
- Lead on clinical governance and quality improvement projects.
