Main duties of the job

About You

The successful candidate will provide a high level confidential administrative support to the Assertive Outreach Services and will need to maintain Trust Values throughout all aspects of their work. They will be expected to work as part of a team in delivering an effective service and assisting clinical staff to ensure that services meet the operational needs.

Training and Qualifications

Essential

  • NVQ level 2 in Business Admin or equivalent
  • GCSE Grade C/4+ in English

Desirable

  • GCSE or equivalent in Maths - Grade C or above

Knowledge and Experience

Essential

  • Up to date knowledge and experienced in the use of Microsoft packages to include word, excel and outlook
  • Experience in dealing with a range of disciplines and agencies
  • Experience of dealing with sensitive situations
  • Working knowledge of Data Protection Act and Information Governance

Desirable

  • Experience of working in a client facing organisation

Skills & abilities

Essential

  • Ability to take notes at meetings
  • Ability to transcribe from audio, using digital dictation systems, Big Hand

Desirable

  • Previous Experience of working in a Health or Public Sector environment.
  • Working knowledge of RIO
