Job summary
The Acute and Urgent Care Service are looking to recruit a PA to work with our two Clinical Directors and be part of the managements administration team based at the Oleaster Centre.
The ideal candidate will be capable of applying a flexible attitude to their work. In addition, you will have excellent communication skills (verbal and written), minute taking, diary management and organisational skills.
Interested candidates must be experienced working in a secretarial or personal assistant position, have the aptitude to manage your own workload, use your own initiative and maintain information governance. The ability to work as part of a team with other staff members, patients and the public is essential as well as an empathic approach towards people suffering from a mental illness.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be responsible for arranging and servicing meetings, coordinating day to day diary management, the production of presentation material and reports and ensuring that service contacts receive a prompt response to all correspondence and enquiries. The post holder will be required to make decision within delegated authority, on behalf of the Clinical Director(s).
