Job summary

The post holder will be responsible for monitoring and diarising key project meetings and monitoring key elements of projects.

Monitoring of email accounts and queries ensuring that service contacts receive a prompt response to all correspondence and enquiries.

The post holder will also take the lead in providing project support and coordination for the Head of Learning Disability and Autism and Programme Manager for Learning Disability and Autism, working autonomously to deliver the Autism Intensive Support project of work.

This coordination role will have a strong administrative element, but will also include key elements of project coordination, support, and delivery.

Main duties of the job

To support co-ordinate and monitor the development and delivery of the Autism Intensive Support Team Project within Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health Trust.

To provide an effective and comprehensive administrative support to the Head of Learning Disability and Autism, Programme Manager for Learning Disability and Autism and the Intensive Support Team Steer Group responsible for this project.

To work autonomously, initiating action on behalf of the Autism Intensive Support Team project leads.
