Job summary

The successful candidate will lead a wide range of Community Services within the Integrated Community Care & Recovery Services (ICCR) Directorate and work closely with Clinical Service Managers and Team Manager to ensure that the administrative functions within the services are adequately supervised, developed and supported.

You will need to have proven experience in leadership; someone who can lead a group of passionate administration teams, demonstrating innovative and dynamic ways of working. We are looking for a highly skilled, credible, values based leader, who has excellent communication and engagement skills, with a track record of working across systems and at all levels of seniority. You will need to have a good knowledge of clinical systems and the ability to analyse data that will support ICCR teams in caseload management and adherence to key performance indicators

Main duties of the job

The post holder will manage two admin leads and their administration teams across West and South Birmingham Community Services and will be responsible for ensuring that a high quality support service is provided to the Clinical Service and Team Mangers.

They will be responsible for the operational and administration management, providing initial prioritisation of incoming work whilst resolving day-to-day problems independently.

They will make informed decisions within their area of responsibility, ensuring that agreed standards and targets are met in accordance with service, Trust and national standards, policies and procedures.
