Applications are invited to provide Consultant leadership within the newly established Intensive Community Rehabilitation Team in Birmingham with a caseload of 50. Intensive Community Rehabilitation Team provide intensive rehabilitation and recovery support to people who are suffering from a severe and enduring mental health problem and are at their most vulnerable.

Main duties of the job

Contract is part-time 6PAs, however there is an optional 4 PAs available for those interested to provide consultant leadership in other parts of the clinical pathway.

You will participate in an (approximately) 1 in 25 on call rota and you will be supported by an experienced multidisciplinary team, medical staff and secretary.

Special accreditation in Rehabilitation Psychiatry is desirable.
