Job summary

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A 12 MONTH SECONDMENT/FTC

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to work as Band 6 Deputy Ward Manager on the Mary Seacole ward 2 which is a 14 bed female acute Ward at the Mary Seacole house.

Main duties of the job

You will need positive interpersonal skills and commitment to work with adults within the field of mental health, and will be joining a hard-working multi-disciplinary team dedicated to achieving the best outcomes for Service users and Carers.

For the successful candidate your line manager will in return provide you with support and supervision and will explore with you options for further development on the ward.

The successful candidate will provide leadership towards the team, and will be heavily involved in quality initiatives, and implementing change that supports the trust strategy.
