ICT Business Administration Apprenticeship at BSMHFT

With digital becoming a critical dependency in Healthcare, availability of our services is essential.The skills to develop, support and maintain our systems and services are done in house with the help of a highly motivated group of technical specialists supported by a small administrative team.

Main duties of the job

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our ICT department to provide administrative support. Successful candidates will be expected to work in challenging and dynamic environments and will be supported throughout their career in the Trust by experienced staff who will offer coaching and supervision. You will also be provided with a comprehensive induction, and ongoing training.

BSMHFT in partnership with the learning provider,will support you to complete your Level 3Business Administration Apprenticeship. After this, you will be equipped with the necessary skills and experience to be eligible to apply for a permanent post (subject to availability).

Please Note: candidates with an equivalent or same qualification will not be shortlisted.

There may also be an opportunity to study towards a higher level apprenticeship or work flexibly through our temporary staffing bank.

We are continually creating opportunities in locations across Birmingham & Solihull in a wide range of departments and clinical settings. To be selected you will need do demonstrate enthusiasm, commitment and good communication skills.

You will also be required to function at a Level One standard in Literacy and Numeracy, as a minimum requirement.
