About us
It is exciting times to take part in the Community Mental Health Transformation as part of the Long Term Plan.
The MDT at Northcroft Hub is stable, with an experienced clinical lead and team manager, CPNs, psychologists, OTs, physical health nurses and other professionals. We have an ANP (Advanced Nurse Practitioner) who carries their own case-load and runs their own clinic, alongside a GPVTS trainee and an FY1 trainee. We are co-located with the local Social care team and the home Treatment Team. Community services within our trust have been rated "Good" at the last CQC visit.
With hands on support from consultant colleagues, including portfolio development and exposure to a wide range of experience (including Psychotherapy) to aid competency achievement, this is a great opportunity for experienced psychiatrists, looking to make the next move in their career.
