We are looking for enthusiastic and committed individual to join our team. We are an energetic and hardworking team working with adults. We have exciting opportunities across our Acute, PICU, Secure, Older Adults, Specialities and Rehabilitation ward.
We are a fully integrated multi-disciplinary team comprising Clinical Psychologists, Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Psychiatrists, Nurse Associates, Health Care Assistants. The team also takes a range of students on practice placements.

Main duties of the job
- To be part of the day to day delivery of clinical services provided by the core service which includes a variety of different skills
- To complete specialist assessments, outcome measures and care plans for specific diagnoses associated with both learning disability and mental health
- Work in collaboration with the senior team with regards to day to day issues that may arise through effective and proactive agreed communication.
- To contribute to the clinical management of service users with complex needs, using CPA principles, evidence based/client centred principles to assess, plan, implement and evaluate interventions.
- To support care co-ordination within the team and attend relevant professionals meetings as required
