Band 5 Staff Nurse - Endeavour Court

Job summary

Endeavour Court is a 14 bedded male High Dependancy unit within the Steps To Recovery services and we are looking for Band 5 RMNs to join our team.

We are based in Erdington and provide rehabilitation for patients with Challenging behaviour with a focus on risk management and social engagement . We are a well establish team of health care professionals that pride ourself in the delivery of high quality care to our client group. Sucessful candidates will be provided with support and preceptorship for their new role. This is a fantastic oppertunity to enhance your current skills and develop new ones.

Main duties of the job

We have a full Multi-disciplinary team working with our service users who are referred from within BSMHFT. We currently offer a service for detained service users , male and female and we are an age inclusive service.

We do take referrals directly from Community teams , acute wards and private health care providers and offer a rehabilitation programme for upto 2 years with step down discharge process with steps 2 recovery or back into the community .
