Job summary

The Charity Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the day to day running of the Trust charity (Caring Minds) to include developing the strategic direction, communications strategy, relevant policy development and implementation, coordination and completion of major campaigns and donor relationships. The post will also act as the principal advisor to Caring Minds on fundraising issues.

Main duties of the job

The Charity Manager will develop priority fundraising projects, identify new sources of income, and devise effective and creative plans to secure funds from a wide variety of sources. They will provide the relevant reports, case studies and evidence to show how money raised by caring minds is supporting service users, carers and staff. The post will also play a key role in re-launching the caring minds brand and devising the charitys fundraising strategy which will all be key in Caring Minds growth and success.
