Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a band 4 nursing associate within our caring and friendly team on Ribblesdale ward at Clitheroe. The successful applicant will become an essential part of our team providing direct and indirect care to our patients. You will be supported by a well established team and a full induction process will commence to ensure you are supported and achieve your potential. During and following your preceptorship you will have an annual personal development review - ensuring all your development needs are supported. Ribblesdale ward is a 32 bedded rehabilitation ward, and you will work alongside the GP's, therapy and discharge teams ensuring the patient and families receive the care needed and achieve their potential and are successfully discharged. Ribblesdale ward also cares for patients who are reaching the end of their life and pride themselves on their end-of-life care - supporting the patient and family during this difficult time. Putting the patient at the heart of our care, acting with integrity, respecting the individual (patients and colleagues), is our standard. Ribblesdale ward is a ward which embraces change which enhance the care we are able to deliver
