Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a self-motivated and highly effective business support administrator to join the Therapies and Business & Improvement Hub.This is a 6 months fixed term contract. Secondment also considered. This role entails Agile/flexible working.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisation skills, being proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office. Innovative and adaptable with a desire to ensure robust and efficient business support systems.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will work closely with the Clinical Educator actively managing the associated administrative requests including planning, developing and reporting around Clinical Education delivered to Physiotherapies/Occupational Therapist registered staff.

The post holder will work closely with the Business Support Administrator assisting with the delivery of all administrative processes required for the effective and efficient delivery of procedures in line with Directorate standard operating procedures.

The post holder will be able to work on their own initiative, prioritise workload and meet deadlines, collate data and maintain standards relating to administrative processes. They will be required to work as an effective member of the team. Main focus of the work will be of the clerical and administrative team.
