Job summary

  • To support the Senior Leadership Team and other clients by producing data analysis and reports linked to procurement lifecycle & activity
  • To provide systems support and training on the Procurement and other appropriate software & systems .

Main duties of the job

  • To support the LPC Senior Management team in producing weekly savings reports for the threeindividual Trusts providing accurate data in a timely manner from the relevant Databases.
  • To provide a weekly Non pay review report on behalf of the Trusts attending when necessaryreview meetings and carrying out actions from those meetings
  • Provide reports for NHS bodies such as NHS England.
  • Interpretation of data from multiple sources providing incite & reporting for Senior Management, Procurement Leads and members of the SRM team.
  • Liaison with Project Management Offices, providing detailed evidence for schemes submitted and reconciliation with Master Lists. Also providing financial codes to Managementaccounts and phasing of CIP through the financial year.
  • Advise on system improvement by means of configuration or process improvements, informing the most efficient and effective use of Procurement systems within the Trust.
  • Work in the department on data capture and data quality, ensuring accurate delivery requirements and quality assured reporting.
  • Participate in relevant internal and external working groups/projects to provide information/analyst advice and support and to maintain data collection systems for their effective use by the team
  • To provide Support to Procurement and Trust users of Procurement systems
  • To assist Trust Management in meeting the corporate objectives of the Trust and the Lancashire Procurement Cluster.
  • Deputize when required for Head of Service

  • Manage teams within a matrix environment across the LPC, ensuring effective motivation and individual professional development in line with LPC and trust objectives.
