Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 5 Implementation Coordinator to join the Digital Systems team.

The post holder will work as part of a dynamic and Agile Digital Programmes team. They will be accountable for delivering and implementing digital products and services as part of the Digital Transformation Programme, which is in support of Buckinghamshire Healthcare Trust's Digital Strategy.

Main duties of the job

As a key member of the Digital Systems Team, the post holder is responsible for providing support to specific upgrade and change projects. You will need work flexibly to provide technical, testing and business change support in the delivery of digital objectives in a multi-professional, multi-location environment. A key part of the role is rigorous testing of digital systems, recording findings and working through any issues identified within a team that manages clinical system releases.

You will work as part of the Digital Systems Team to provide support to clinical and non-clinical colleagues for the preparation, implementation and delivery of new IT solutions and processes, as well as upgrades to our current key systems. This will require close working with the Project Managers, the wider Digital Team and associated workstreams to provide expertise across the organisation.

  • Good basic education

Desirable

  • Project Management qualification/experience e.g. ScrumMaster, AgilePM.
  • PRINCE2 or AGILE project management qualified

EXPERIENCE

  • Working with healthcare IT systems
  • Previous relevant public sector experience
