Job summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic SCPHN-School Nurse with excellent communication and leadership skills, to join our dynamic team of Specialist Public Health Nurses, School Health Nurses, Child Health and Well-being Assistants and School Health Assistants.
**Please Note: The area for the Role is for Aylesbury/Wycombe area.**

Part-time fixed term post available for 8 months - 30 hrs per week.
Main duties of the job
You will be keen to promote and support the health of school age children and their families (Healthy Child Programme 5-19 year olds), by using Health for Teens/ Kids and Chat health as a means to increase our digital presence.
You will be aware of the current issues impacting on health and the changes that are affecting the school nursing service.
You will understand the importance of partnership and team working as well as being able to work independently.You will have leadership skills and be able to manage a skill mix team. Supporting them to develop as well as being involved in progressing the service.Self development is encouraged and mentoring support and supervision are available.Car driver and current licence essential.
