Rota Coordinator

Job summary

We are looking for a resilient, enthusiastic, motivated and proactively driven individual to fulfil the role of Rota Coordinator.

You will be required to provide an excellent administrative service to the Operational and Medical teams within our services. Acting as the first point of contact for any medical staffing enquiries within the department you will have the responsibility for the provision of a safely staffed medical team.

Please note, this is a FixedTerm/secondment position until 31 December 2025. Internal candidates will be offered a secondment position only

Main duties of the job

To provide support to the Medicines' Clinical Directors / Clinical Leads / Associate Directors of Operations / General Managers in providing effective medical cover.

To effectively plan, create and maintain medical rotas, using Allocate, Medirota and Excel software ensuring compliance with the latest contracts, guidelines and departmental operational requirements. Ensuring where possible rotas are completed and published six weeks in advance.
