Job summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised individual to join our team in the Information Governance team,
To assist the Information Governance team with administration tasks, providing support to the Freedom of Information and Subject Access Request processes, monitoring mailboxes and fielding queries, assisting with Trust policy templates.
This is a fixed term post until 30th April 2025, internal members of staff will be offered on a secondment basis only
Main duties of the job
- You will assist with the update of dashboards and databases, this will require an understanding of a variety of Microsoft Office applications utilised within the team.
- You will also undertake general administrative duties for the Information Governance team, to include minute taking, organising meetings, and general office duties
- Maintain knowledge and a basic understanding of current Information Governance (IG) legislation and standards including, but not limited to General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), Data Protection Act 2018 and the National Data Guardian review
