Job summary

The Talent for Care team are offering an exciting 12-month opportunity for someone with project management experience, who is motivated to drive forward and assist in the shaping of key Talent for Care Outreach projects.

You will be responsible for the Next-Medic and Next-AHP programmes at the Trust, as well as assisting with the organisation of existing outreach projects and work experience programmes.

The position is a fixed term 12-month contract working full time Monday - Friday with flexibility to work occasional evenings and Saturdays to facilitate the Next-Medic and Next-AHP programmes.

The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of working in the health sector.

Main duties of the job

To work collaboratively with the Talent for Care Lead to ensure the service delivery standards (KPIs) are achieved

To provide a professional, confidential and proactive service to managers and staff in relation to the Talent for Care Agenda

To act as an ambassador for the department and for the Trust by coordinating regular meetings and events to promote Talent for Care objectives

Working with the Innovation and wider Education teams to ensure the Talent for Care agenda is fully embedded in the Trust

Act as an ambassador for the Trust, ensuring the positive development of the Trust brand, championing the Trust's values and promoting the progression of the Talent for Care Get in Agenda
