Job summary

This role in dermatology can bring many challenges, good IT skills and working knowledge ofi-pads is desirable.

You would be supporting medical and nursing colleagues in face-to-face clinics and minor operation clinics.

Providing advocacy to patients and families/carers to ensure optimum experience achieved throughout their time within the dermatology department.

If you have excellent communication skills and a professional manner, then come and join our team in delivering high quality care.

Experience in the health care setting is essential.

Main duties of the job

To meet the direct and indirect care needs of patients under the delegation and supervision of a Registered Nurse
To ensure high standards of patient care at all times, in line with Trust policies and guidelines.
To work as an effective member of the nursing and wider multi-professional healthcare team.
To work within the boundaries of the role of the Senior Healthcare Support Worker and refer to the Registered Nurse as appropriate.
