Receptionist - Welcome Desk (Ipswich Hospital)

Job summary

We are currently looking to recruit a part time receptionist for the Welcome Desk at Ipswich Hospital.

This is a permanent position working 15 hours per week - Friday & Saturday 12:00 - 20:00

In this role you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors.

You should have the ability to work under your own initiative as well as part of a small team, supporting other Team Members and Managers.

Main duties of the job

Duties will include:

  • Meet, greet and direct patients and visitors to the correct destination
  • Registering Blue Badges
  • Assisting patients, visitors and staff with parking queries
  • General Enquirie

You must have:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good IT skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A customer-orientated approach
  • The ability to manage competing priorities
