Job summary

We have an excellent opportunity for a full time Administrator/Receptionist within the Diabetic Foot Clinic and Diabetes Centre at Ipswich Hospital.

You will be a member of the team providing an efficient Administrative / Reception support to the Diabetic Foot Clinic and the Diabetes Centre.

You will be responsible for carrying out administrative, reception and telephone enquiry duties, adhering to policies and procedures to provide a comprehensive high quality service, and to be able to deal efficiently and courteously with patient and staff enquiries.

Main duties of the job

To provide an efficient Administrative and Reception Service at the Diabetic Foot Clinic and Diabetes Centre.

Provide an efficient and courteous service to all patients visiting or contacting the Centre

Ensure clinics are booked efficiently to maximise capacity
