Job summary

We have a rare opportunity to join our award winning recruitment team as Recruitment Partner. This exciting role is for a fixed term/secondment for 11 months, based at either Colchester or Ipswich (cross site working will be required)

You will be responsible for proving a dedicated full recruitment function to a specified division as well as supporting on Trust wide initiatives and being the first point of contact for applicants. This is an integral role ensuring we provide the best possible service to the organisation.

Whilst you help us continue to provide a great forward thinking service we are committed to providing you with a full training programme, on- going support, the chance to develop your skills and knowledge and the opportunity to learn from an experienced HR team.

This is a band 4 development role with the possible opportunity progress to band 5 depending on meeting set objectives. Candidates who are able to demonstrate significant recruitment experience may commence at band 5

Main duties of the job

You will ensure that an effective, reliable, responsive and proactive recruitment function is delivered. You will be responsible for writing and placing adverts, arranging and participating in interviews, requesting and processing pre-employment checks, producing offers and contracts. You will also analyse and report on recruitment/vacancy data.

You will need to demonstrate administrative and customer service skills, have previous office experience and preferably have experience in using Trac/ESR although full training will be given.

You will have excellent communication skills and be able to evidence working to deadlines.
