Job summary
FY3 salary - £39,152 per annum
This is an exciting time to be joining the Medical Education Department at ESNEFT. We have two newly created Simulation Fellow opportunities allowing the post holders the chance to be part of a dynamic, growing and creative Medical Education department.
We are looking to maintain & continue our current simulation offering, and most importantly, develop the simulation and technology enhanced learning opportunities on both sites.
The posts are fixed-term 12-month Fellowship position, the posts are ideal for a motivated and experienced doctors who have completed their Foundation training, and wish to develop their educational, simulation and project management portfolio. We will also offer the opportunity to continue with clinical exposure.

Main duties of the job
- Provide high quality simulation training to our learners
- Fulfil all curriculum requirements
- Develop standards to quality assure simulation delivery
- Sharing resourcesto ensure equity of access to high quality simulation
- Involve the wider healthcare community, including our primary care colleagues promoting learning from and with each other, and involving human factors
- Train and develop simulation educators via faculty development courses
- Further development of ESNEFT based innovative courses and in line with lessons learned and Trust values
- Explore the use of Technology Enhanced Learning & blended learning
