Job summary
An opportunity has arisen to join the trust as a Clinical Outcome and Improvement Manager for East Suffolk & North Essex Foundation Trust (ESNEFT).
As the Clinical Outcome and Improvement Manager you will be responsible for managing all aspects of service delivery within the clinical outcome function. You will have responsibility for two Divisions audit and improvement function. You will be responsible facilitating and coordinating the divisional audit delivery, capacity and demand. You will work closely with divisional leads, wider audit leads and Quality Improvement team to drive improvement.
This post can be based at either our Ipswich or Colchester site but will cross-site working across all ESNEFT sites.

Main duties of the job
- You will have oversight of Divisional audit requirements (national and local), offering proactive support in delivering audits and creating action plans with strategic improvement approaches.
- You will offer proactive support in ensuring appropriate strategic planning is in place for the delivery of mandatory audit requirements whilst also supporting similar planning for delivery of local audits
- Relationship building with all relevant clinical and non-clinical leads to ensure appropriate governance is in place for delivery of targets.
