We have a fantastic opportunity for an HR Business Partner to join our supportive well established team. You will be working on trust wide workforce projects whilst also partnering with senior leadership teams at a divisional level, providing a comprehensive HR service and promoting a positive culture of inclusion and continuous service improvement. Whilst reporting to the Assistant Director - HR Business Partnering this role will work autonomously.

Main duties of the job

  • You will work with the Deputy Director of People & Organisational Development, Assistant Director - HR Business Partnering and other HR Business Partner's, in the delivery of a professional and responsive HR service for a designated division, (or areas) of the Trust. , Providing strategic advice and guidance on the full range of workforce issues, including workforce planning, talent management, recruitment and retention, engagement, change management, attendance, terms and conditions of employment, employee relations and policies and procedures.
  • You will be managing all aspects of HRBP delivery within the relevant function of East Suffolk & North East Essex NHS Foundation Trust to agreed quality standards and within the resource and income base available, to support the Trust's development as a clinically led organisation.
  • As a business partner you will lead on the development, implementation, establishment and review of performance management systems within the relevant functions - it is critical that this is done collaboratively with other within the service area and across the other Divisions.

The role be based predominately Colchester based, however you will be expected to travel across all ESNEFT sites as and when required.
