Job summary

Do you have an interest in respiratory nursing? Are you looking for a new challenge to expand your knowledge and skills in a new specialty or expand your existing knowledge?

Layer Marney is a 33 bedded respiratory ward, treating patients with acute and chronic conditions. You will gain experience in caring for patients with chest drains tracheostomies and NIV's.

Main duties of the job

The ward has a designated ARCU area 5 beds for non-invasive ventilation patients and CPAP. You will gain experience and knowledge in caring for patients with NIV and patients with COVID for CPAP.

If you are excited by the challenges of caring for respiratory patients, have a passion for high standards of clinical care and an innovative and progressive attitude this could be the role for you.

Although respiratory knowledge is an advantage it is not essential.
