Job summary

An opportunity has arisen in the Cardio-Respiratory Department for a qualified Associate Practitioner (or equivalent experience) who would be willing to undertake a further course to expand their knowledge further.

The role is based in Colchester Hospital however, future requirements of the role may involve rotation across our acute sites.

Main duties of the job

The role involves daily patient contact providing a range of Cardiology and Respiratory diagnostics as well as supporting highly specialist procedures such as Myocardial Perfusion and Dobutamine Stress Echocardiography and Exercise tests.

This role offers the successful candidate an opportunity to use and expand their existing experience in heart rhythm and ECG interpretation to support medically led exercise tests and Stress Echo and MPI whilst still maintaining your ECG and Sleep diagnostic skills. You should have a good background in Cardiology with at least 2 year's experience as a Senior Cardiographer with proven ECG recording and interpreting skills
