The Milton Keynes & Buckinghamshire Bowel Cancer Screening Programme (BCSP) was launched in October 2009. It is aimed at both men and women aged between 54 and 74 years old - the objective being to reduce death from colorectal cancer by diagnosing bowel cancer at an earlier stage, as well as removing growths (polyps) that could eventually turn into cancer.
The programme is currently age-extending to eventually cover the ages of 50-74. It has also incorporated Lynch Screening from the symptomatic service. The growth of the programme has created an opportunity for a competent and motivated administrator to join our successful team.

A significant proportion of the role involves data input and adherence to administrative processes to ensure the smooth running of the programme.
