Bank Dental Nurse

Department: Maxillofacial and Orthodontics

Band 4 £25,147 - £27,596 per annum pro rata

Hours: when required

We are seeking to recruit Bank Dental nurses to work within our busy Outpatient Department as and when required. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a progressive and developing environment.

If you are a motivated Dental Nurse and you possess a Dental Radiography Certificate and wish to gain or expand your experience in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery and Orthodontics, please contact Melinda Berry on 01908 995298 for further details and to arrange an informal visit.

Main duties of the job

  • To provide and maintain a high standard of chair side dental nursing care, for Oral / Maxillofacial Surgery, and Orthodontic clinics.
  • To ensure that the best possible Dental Nursing Care is delivered to patients including those with complex medical, physical and emotional needs.
  • Ensure the delivery of high quality professional care throughout the department.
  • Represent the department in a professional manner at all times.
  • Ensure all lines of communication are identified and used effectively
