Job summary
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive administrative support across the department, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our administrative functions. You will work closely with the senior management team to help drive performance, maintain quality standards, and support financial targets, contributing directly to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Main duties of the job
- Support the admin teams as required.
- Direct line management of the Band 4 Administrative Lead
- Responsible for the monitoring of all processes and key performance indicators related to the service and to provide cross-service support where necessary.
- Oversee data capture and challenges to support the delivery of relevant key performance indicators, including the review and escalation of longest waiters to relevant clinical teams.
- Support the set up and management of multi-disciplinary meetings to review and streamline administrative processes, that support optimal patient pathways within the service.
- Support Outpatient operational groups.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of IT systems within the department
