An exciting opportunity is on the horizon in the dynamic Oncology and Haematology Outpatients at the Dyson Cancer Centre at the RUH in Bath! Join our passionate and dedicated team as we deliver high-quality care to both Haematology and Oncology patients in an energising and fast-paced environment.

Main duties of the job
The main duties of the role include:
- Adhere to the NMC Code as a named nurse, overseeing patient care and modeling professionalism.
- Develop visible leadership within Oncology Outpatients, managing daily operations and supporting Trust targets.
- Facilitate effective communication and represent the unit in internal and external meetings .
- Implement RUH Nursing and cancer strategies, improving practices based on research.
- Mentor staff and provide clinical expertise in Oncology Out-patients.
