Job summary
Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Paediatric Audiology team in the Audiology Outpatient Department.
Main duties of the job
The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the Paediatric Audiology team within the Audiology Department at the Royal United Hospital. Main duties of this role include constant monitoring of Paediatric mobile phone and inbox, and immediate action in response to requests, cancellations and queries. You will be expected to develop some basic knowledge of hearing aid technology and difficulties faced by hearing-impaired children.
