Job summary
The Family and Specialist Services Division Quality and Patient Safety Team are seeking a self-directed and motivated person who has a questioning and enquiring mind and good attention to detail.

Main duties of the job
Working alongside and supporting the Perinatal Quality and Patient Safety Team with the day-to-day management of patient safety incidents.
Being responsible for the organising and co-ordination of receiving and storing maternity records for audit and incident investigation purposes and maintaining the tracking database related to this process. This includes the management and tracking of all subject access requests.
Organise and distribute papers in time for key meetings e.g. Governance, Risk, CQC, Monitoring and Audit, Clinical Effectiveness Forum etc.
A broad experience of IT and good communication and organisational skills are essential for this role.
