Job summary

We have an exciting opportunity to help develop simulation based education here at the RUH. We are looking for a skilled simulation technician who will specialise in both the technologies and methods used in theplanning, preparation, and executionof simulation-based healthcare training and education events. You will be an essential member of the multi-disciplinary simulation team both within the simulation centre and at point-of-care simulation across all Trust sites.

Main duties of the job

You will work with multi disciplinary teams providing simulation technician support across the Royal United Hospital.

You will act as a professional resource and advisor on simulation equipment.

You willbuild strong relationships with Education Facilitators to meet the training needs of staff and to ensure the smooth running of simulation-based education.
