Job summary
Staffing Solutions, our in house temporary staffing bank is growing and we're looking for enthusiastic and organised administrators to join our team so that we can continue to meet the demand that exists for our service.
The team supports the organisation to deliver safe and effective care to our patients through sourcing and engaging temporary workers across a variety of different specialities and professions. You will be liaising with managers, new temporary workers, current staff and agencies to ensure that the shifts are advertised appropriately, temporary workers are booked shifts and managers are kept up to date with progress.
Main duties of the job
You will have excellent interpersonal skills and the organisational and prioritisation skills required to work in a fast paced and challenging environment.
Resilience, customer focused and flexible you'll be able to change priorities quickly and adapt to new situations. You do not necessarily need experience of working in a temporary/bank office (although this may be considered an advantage) but you will need solid administrative experience in a highly demanding and high volume role.
We offer a friendly team environment with full support and training provided.
Working as part of a team you will be required to work on a rota basis. This will include a shift pattern of Early's, Lates and Long days across the week with enhanced pay at weekends and bank holidays.
