QA & Administration Assistant - Aseptic Services

Job summary
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed person to provide administrative support to the Aseptics team at the Royal United Hospital, Bath. Aseptics are a team within our Pharmacy department who are responsible for supporting the Trust with making drugs such as Chemotherapy or Radiopharmaceuticals, made in a highly sterile environment, which we give to our patients.
Applicants should thrive in a fast paced environment, display the Trust values, be highly motivated, flexible and have a positive attitude; with an enthusiasm to develop their administrative skills and support an ever evolving team. The post holder will co-ordinate and administer key pieces of work for the Aseptic teams, including being first point of call via telephone, supporting with key quality assurance meetings, organising and supporting audit preparations and undertaking paperwork.
You will be very organised with excellent interpersonal and computer skills. You will have the ability to communicate effectively, be able to prioritise your own workload, work on your own initiative and possess an attention to detail with data inputting.
