Job summary
The RUH, alongside BaNES council has recently launched its innovate shared domiciliary care agency, called United Care BaNES. To help us take the service to the next level we are now recruitment a Senior Speciality Manager.
This will be a key role, working alongside the registered manager and appropriate therapy/ nursing leads to help the RUH and BaNES council to turn this service into key enabling service that ensures patients are discharged from the RUH and then discharged from reablement services in a timely way.
Main duties of the job
The role will play a key role in ensuring the successful operational delivery of the service, helping to ensure we deliver against the ambitious objectives. The role will also play an important role in supporting the development of new ways of working alongside other teams working within the community to maximise efficiency and deliver effective pathways and joint working.
