Job summary
Applications are invited for Clinical Fellows in Rheumatology at The Royal National Hospital for Rheumatic Diseases, Royal United Hospitals Foundation Trust in Bath. The positions are for a 1 WTE (full-time) and a 0.5 WTE (part-time) Clinical Fellow. The posts will be for a duration of one year (fixed term) with a provisional start date of February 2024. We welcome applications from interested, highly motivated individuals to join our specialist team.

Main duties of the job
This post is for a Clinical Fellow in Rheumatology at the Royal National Hospital for Rheumatic Diseases in Bath (part of the Royal United Hospitals Bath NHS Foundation Trust).
The post is a 1 year post with the possibility of continuation depending on the progress of the successful appointee. This post would provide training in Rheumatology and is suitable for anyone looking to build their rheumatology experience ahead of applying to specialty training or those already in training looking to expand on their current level of experience. There is no routine on call commitment although there may be an opportunity to cover for absences in the medical on call rota.
The appointee will have completed general professional training and be eligible for full registration with the GMC. MRCP or equivalent is desirable but not essential. The appointment will be at ST3 or equivalent to the level of training of the applicant but it does not attract a national training number.
