We would love you to join our team as Project Co-ordinator. Working under the direction of the Legacy & Tribute Manager and supporting our gifts in wills, tribute families and RUH's staff wellbeing events by providing effective administration and project support.
A special part of this role is helping the RUH and RUHX to support our people to be extraordinary by developing and supporting a focused selection of staff wellbeing events. This includes supporting the Health & Wellbeing week, Staff Awards and other smaller initiatives.
Main duties of the job
No two days in our team are the same and we are flexible about where you work. We split our time evenly between working at home and in the office as well as being out and about in our community. You will have a varied role which involves managing a wide range of duties and tasks including support with administration and supporter care around gifts in wills and tribute funds. You will prepare of resources for the promotion of Will month, tribute funds, dying matters week and other promotions internally and externally. You will help to provide outstanding supporter care to our tribute families who raised funds in memory of a loved one. You will need bags of initiative, be innovative, brave, positive,
You must enjoy working as part of a team, supporting your colleagues and able to work collaboratively because we believe we are more together. You must be must be ambitious and relationship focused, whist able to meet deadlines and targets.
It would be great if you have some experience in fundraising and charity. We would help support you to develop a career in the charity sector whilst being part of an ambitious team going further to give every patient the extra extraordinary care they deserve.
