Job summary
This is a great time to join our fantastic team at the Patient Admission Centre. You will provide a full comprehensive administrative, clerical and non-clinical support of the professional staff involved in the centre and to work as a key member of the site team by supporting a patient focused and friendly environment.
Main duties of the job
To provide efficient and professional administrative and clerical support to the Site team. This will include:
- To answer all telephone enquiries, taking and relaying messages in a polite and helpful manner, taking action as appropriate.
- to manage the site in box
- to keep the site white board up to date
- to ensure site meeting data is filled in ready for each site meeting
- to review ipc results and accurately record
- To organize the maintenance/repairs of equipment/facilities on the ward
