Job summary
The Endoscopy Unit based at North Cambridgeshire Hospital, in Wisbech, is looking to recruit a dynamic Staff Nurse, to come and join our existing team.
You will help take responsibility for the efficient and effective organisation of the ward / department team and the delivery of the Endoscopy service in the absence of the senior nursing staff.

Main duties of the job
Take responsibility for the efficient and effective organisation of the ward/department team and the delivery of the service in the absence of the senior nursing staff.
Assist in the delivery of a patient-centred, clinically effective and dynamic service from the patient's admission assessment and consent to discharge.
Act as a role model for other staff.
Contribute to the development of action plans, protocols and pathways to ensure continuous quality improvement of the service.
Using the knowledge skills framework to progress personal and professional knowledge and skills.
Undertake the mentorship role in support of learners.
