Join the Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy teams at Ryegate Children's Centre, part of Sheffield Children's NHS Foundation Trust.
We're seeking a compassionate, accountable individual who embodies our Trust values and is committed to equality, diversity, and inclusion.
You'll play a vital role supporting therapists in delivering workshops, clinics, and training across the community, helping children and young people with emerging sensory and motor skill needs.
About You

Main duties of the job
Reporting into the Office Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:

Provide high-quality administrative support to the Early Help Sensory and Motor Skills team, acting as a vital link between the Trust, patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Maintain accurate databases and spreadsheets, ensuring timely scheduling of appointments, venue bookings, and follow-up with families and schools.

Collaborate with internal departments to resolve patient-specific queries and support smooth communication across services.

Assist therapy teams with managing patient pathways and contribute to the induction and training of new colleagues.
