We're looking for a driven clinical educator or experienced Band 6 nurse with a passion for research to lead training across our expanding portfolio of complex studies. You'll shape education for nurses and support staff, ensuring top-tier patient care in every trial.

Main duties of the job
Reporting to the Lead Nurse, your responsibilities will include:

Lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of clinical education programmes for patient-facing research staff

Create a dynamic and inclusive learning environment that supports staff development across all levels

Promote a culture of continuous learning tailored to individual needs and career progression

Support and mentor preceptors, junior nurses, student nurses, and non-registered staff within the research team

Collaborate with Sheffield Universities to enhance educational partnerships and align training with academic standards
