We're looking for a motivated and organised individual to lead the operational delivery of our e-Systems function. You'll manage day-to-day systems and staffing to ensure smooth service and timely achievement of departmental KPIs.
Working closely with system trainers, you'll support high-quality training for end users and uphold exceptional data standards in line with Trust policies. As a key member of the team, you'll act as a change agent--championing digital systems and empowering staff across the organisation.

Main duties of the job
You will report to the Systems Manager, and your responsibilities will include:

Deliver a high-quality, customer-focused e-Systems service

Manage IT systems and data quality, including Microsoft Office and Hospital Information Systems

Deliver training to system users across the Trust

Manage staff and coordinate workloads

Analyse system data and reports to support decision-making and service delivery

Promote positive change and digital adoption across the Trust
