You will focus on timeliness, quality, and the effectiveness of learning response actions and safety improvement programmes.

About You:

  • Lead and manage the Learning Response Team, ensuring high-quality investigations

  • Support on complex, sensitive investigations and regulatory compliance

  • Drive learning from PSII themes and outcomes through the Trust's governance structures

  • Ensure investigations align with PSIRF methodologies and project management best practices

  • Supervise and coordinate the Governance/Patient Safety team to ensure business continuity

  • Promote a culture of safety, learning, and continuous improvement across the organisation
